1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT USE

  • False damage claims
  • Chargeback misuse

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

DojoTCG sells collectible trading card products.

You acknowledge that:

  • Trading cards are manufactured collectibles with inherent production variations.
  • Sealed products contain randomized contents.
  • We do not guarantee specific card pulls, rarity distribution, or financial value.
  • We do not guarantee grading outcomes from any grading company.
  • Market prices may fluctuate after purchase.

Purchases are made for collectible purposes. We make no representations regarding future investment value.

3. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

To the best of our knowledge, all products are genuine and sourced from trusted distributors or suppliers.

However:

  • Packaging artwork may vary by batch, print run, or region.
  • Distributor labels or import markings may be present.
  • Minor factory imperfections are common in trading card manufacturing.

4. PRICING & MARKET VOLATILITY

Prices are subject to change without notice due to:

  • Distributor pricing changes
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Market demand
  • Allocation changes

Placing an order does not lock pricing for future restocks.

If a product’s market price changes after purchase, this does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. PRICING ERRORS

Despite reasonable efforts, pricing errors may occur.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to technical or human error:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch.
  • A full refund will be issued if payment was processed.

We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

6. SHIPPING & RISK TRANSFER

Risk of loss remains with DojoTCG until confirmed delivery by courier tracking.

After confirmed delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or regulatory issues are not grounds for cancellation once dispatched.

Packaging materials used by DojoTCG during Shipping are subject to availability. In the event that specific materials listed in our Packaging & Shipping policy are unavailable, DojoTCG will take all reasonable steps to secure your products using alternative packaging solutions.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All return eligibility, cancellation rules, and damage claims are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to comply fully with that policy, including unboxing evidence requirements.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious transactions
  • Record shipment weight and packing evidence
  • Submit documentation to payment processors
  • Block accounts involved in abusive behavior

Initiating a chargeback after confirmed delivery without valid basis may result in:

  • Account restriction
  • Submission of evidence to payment networks
  • Recovery action as permitted by law

False damage claims, product substitution attempts, or manipulation of unboxing evidence may result in permanent restriction.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DojoTCG shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of anticipated profits
  • Loss due to market price fluctuation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.

10. WEBSITE USE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Use automated bots to purchase limited products
  • Attempt to manipulate inventory systems
  • Scrape pricing or stock data
  • Interfere with website security

We may restrict access without notice for violations.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Government regulations
  • Courier disruptions
  • Supplier allocation changes

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including logos, branding, layout, images, and text is the property of DojoTCG.

In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through email or written communication. If the issue remains unresolved, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of India.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updates apply only to orders placed after the revised “Last Updated” date.
