By purchasing from DojoTCG, you agree to the following terms regarding when and how returns or refunds are accepted.
At DojoTCG, we value our customers’ trust and aim to ensure every order reaches you in the condition it was intended. To protect both customers and the integrity of trading card game products, the following policy applies.
Final Sale
DojoTCG does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selection by the customer, or buyer’s remorse.
The following are not eligible for return unless an incorrect item was shipped by DojoTCG:
- Single cards and graded cards once shipped
- Opened, tampered, or resealed booster packs or boxes
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage, humidity exposure, mishandling, or customer negligence
- Manufacturing or printing variations inherent to trading cards, including centering differences, print lines, minor surface texture variations, or factory imperfections
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for claim review, a continuous, unedited video recording of the entire unboxing process is required. The video must clearly show the sealed outer shipping package prior to opening, the shipping label with tracking number visible, the package being opened in real time, and the condition of the inner sealed product immediately upon opening. Videos that begin after the package has already been opened, or that show interruptions, cuts, or edits, will not be accepted as valid evidence. Failure to provide complete video evidence will result in rejection of the claim.
DojoTCG reserves the right to deny claims where evidence suggests post-delivery damage, mishandling, tampering, or attempts at product substitution.
Upon verification and approval of a valid claim, the customer will be required to return the product. Once the returned product is received and successfully passes inspection, DojoTCG will process the replacement within 3 business days, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
Return and Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection. Processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
The following charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges, where applicable
Partial returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized.
If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, original shipping and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Shipments
DojoTCG is not responsible for courier delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other events outside our direct control. However, we will actively assist customers in resolving shipment-related issues with the courier partner.
If a shipment is marked as lost, untraceable, or undeliverable by the courier partner, DojoTCG will initiate an investigation with the logistics provider. During this investigation period, customers shall be asked to allow reasonable time for courier tracing and resolution.
If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, DojoTCG will, at its sole discretion:
- issue a replacement subject to stock availability, or
- provide a refund to the original payment method.
DojoTCG reserves the right to wait for official confirmation from the courier partner before processing refunds or replacements for lost-in-transit claims.
Orders delayed in transit but still actively moving within the courier network are not considered lost.
Customers must ensure the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. DojoTCG is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.

This policy is intended to operate in line with applicable consumer protection law in India. Buyers retain the right to remedies available under applicable law.
