By purchasing from DojoTCG, you agree to the following terms regarding when and how returns or refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for sealed, unopened products, including booster boxes, sealed packs, and sealed accessories, subject to the following conditions:

  • The original factory seal must be fully intact.
  • Products showing signs of opening, resealing, tampering, shrink wrap damage caused after delivery, or product substitution are not eligible.
  • Single cards and graded cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in cases where an incorrect item was shipped by DojoTCG.
  • Pre-ordered items are non-returnable once shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Single cards and graded cards once shipped (except in cases where an incorrect item was sent by DojoTCG).
  • Opened, tampered, or resealed booster packs or boxes.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage, humidity exposure, mishandling, or customer negligence after delivery.
  • Manufacturing or printing variations inherent to trading cards, including but not limited to centering differences, print lines, minor surface texture variations, or factory imperfections.

Return Approval Process

All returns require prior written approval from DojoTCG. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Once a return is approved:

  • DojoTCG will provide the return shipping address.
  • Customers must securely pack the item using original packaging.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If inspection reveals evidence of opening, resealing, tampering, substitution, or damage inconsistent with transit, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

DojoTCG reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Refunds Processing

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

The following charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges (where applicable)

Partial returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized.

If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, original shipping and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by DojoTCG

If DojoTCG arranges return shipping in verified error cases, the associated costs will be borne by us

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • A continuous, unedited video recording of the entire unboxing process is required.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed outer shipping package prior to opening.
    • The shipping label with tracking number visible.
    • The package being opened in real time.
    • The condition of the inner sealed product immediately upon opening.

Videos that begin after the shipping package has already been opened, or that show interruptions, cuts, or edits, will not be accepted as valid evidence.

Failure to provide complete video evidence will result in rejection of the claim.

DojoTCG reserves the right to deny claims where evidence suggests post-delivery damage, mishandling, tampering or attempts at product substitution.

Upon verification of a valid claim, a replacement will be shipped within 3 business days, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

Legal & Consumer Rights Notice

This policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce (Consumer Protection) Rules, 2020.

Buyers retain the right to remedies in cases of defective, misrepresented, or undelivered items, as provided under applicable law.

DojoTCG is not obligated to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
